1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Agreement") govern the relationship between the administration of the Nexilium project (hereinafter — "Administration") and the user of the website nexilium.ru and the game server (hereinafter — "User").
1.2. Use of the website, Telegram bot, and/or game server constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must immediately cease using the service.
2. Subject of Agreement
2.1. The Service provides the User with access to the Minecraft game server (Nexilium), as well as the ability to acquire in-game donate currency and rank privileges via the nexilium.ru website or the official Telegram bot.
2.2. The project is an independent community development and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB and/or Microsoft Corporation.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. All rights to the software code, brand styling, and website materials belong to the Administration of Nexilium.
3.2. The User is granted a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable license to use the server and rank features for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
4. Liability of the Parties
4.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Administration does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the server.
4.2. The Administration is not responsible for User account restrictions resulting from server rules violations, nor for account access loss due to User fault.
5. In-Game Currency and Privileges
5.1. Donate currency and privileges are provided to the User solely for in-game use within the Nexilium server network.
5.2. Donate currency is not real money, has no monetary surrender value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for real-world currency.
5.3. Transfer, sale, or trade of accounts and rank privileges to third parties is strictly prohibited.
5.4. Violation of server rules (cheating, toxicity, exploits, etc.) may lead to account suspension without refund or compensation for purchased items.
6. Access Restrictions
6.1. The Administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate User access in the event of rule violations of this Agreement, server rules, or legal requirements.
6.2. Account restriction does not release the User from previously incurred obligations.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1. Payments for donate currency and privileges are processed via our payment partner Platega and/or Telegram Stars under terms presented prior to payment completion.
7.2. All digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered or activated, except in cases of verified server-side technical failures governed by our Refund Policy.
