By playing on the Nexilium server and using associated services, you accept these rules and agree to follow them. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from responsibility.
1. General Provisions
1.1 The project Administration manages all game processes on the server. In any disputed or unusual situations, the final decision rests with the Head Administration.
1.2 The rules may be amended over time. The current version is always published at: https://nexilium.ru/rules?lang=en.
1.3 You are personally responsible for the security of your account and password. Use a strong password and link your profile to our Telegram bot to enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
1.4 Transferring, buying, or selling accounts to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Sanction: Permanent ban and full reset of all associated accounts.
1.5 Selling or buying in-game items (coins, ranks, accounts) for real money outside the official website is strictly prohibited.
Sanction: Permanent ban.
1.6 Donator ranks (HERO, TITAN, OVERLORD, IMMORTAL) do not grant exemptions from the rules. For severe or repeated offenses, ranks will be revoked without refunds.
1.7 Any attempts to disrupt server operations (DDoS attacks, crash clients, dupes, intentional network overloads) are stopped immediately.
Sanction: Permanent IP ban with no option for appeal.
1.8 Usernames, skins, and capes that contain profanity, slurs, hatred, third-party server ads, cheat ads, or that impersonate the administration (Helper, Moder, Admin, Head Admin, Owner) are prohibited.
Sanction: Inappropriate skin or cape — 12-hour ban; prohibited username — permanent ban.
2. Chat Guidelines
2.1 Occasional swearing during emotional moments is tolerated, but excessive profanity, toxicity, aggression, and humiliating other players are strictly prohibited.
Sanction: Mute up to 2 hours.
2.2 Direct insults, harassment, and toxic provocation against other players in chat are prohibited.
Sanction: Mute from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Repeated insults from alt accounts result in an IP ban up to 2 hours.
2.3 Discussing players' personal private lives or disrespecting/mentioning family and relatives in any negative context is prohibited.
Sanction: 5-day mute.
2.4 Real-life physical threats, blackmail, and leaking personal data (doxxing, sharing photos, phone numbers, addresses, IP addresses) are prohibited.
Sanction: Ban from 30 days up to a permanent ban.
2.5 Spam and flooding are prohibited.
Note: Flooding means sending 3 or more identical messages in a row. Spam means sending strings of meaningless characters or repeated letters (10 or more characters). Laughing up to 15 characters ("hahaha") is permitted.
Sanction: Mute from 20 to 60 minutes.
2.6 Excessive Caps Lock is prohibited if more than half of the message is capitalized. Exception: short laughs up to 10 characters.
Sanction: Mute up to 30 minutes.
2.7 Inciting other players to break server rules is prohibited.
Sanction: Mute up to 60 minutes.
2.8 Begging for coins, ranks, or asking the administration to remove mutes or bans is prohibited.
Sanction: Mute from 30 to 60 minutes.
2.9 Impersonating server administration or intentionally misleading players and moderators is prohibited.
Sanction: 1-day mute or ban up to 3 days.
2.10 Inciting ethnic, racial, religious, or political hostility, as well as extremist or Nazi symbols, is strictly prohibited.
Sanction: Ban from 2 to 5 days.
2.11 Advertising third-party projects, Minecraft servers, channels, scams, or malicious links is prohibited.
Sanction: Permanent ban.
2.12 Publicly disrespecting the project or harassing administration members while on duty is prohibited.
Sanction: Ban up to 7 days.
2.13 Transmitting screeching noises, audio disruption, or abusing SoundPad in voice chat is prohibited.
Sanction: Voice chat mute up to 2 hours.
3. Gameplay (BedWars, Duels & The Bridge)
3.1 Using or storing any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage (cheats, macros, auto-clickers, double/triple clicks, scripts) is prohibited.
Sanction: 45-day ban.
3.2 Teaming in solo game modes (Solo BedWars, Duels 1v1), as well as truces between opposing teams in team games, is prohibited.
Sanction: 24-hour ban.
3.3 Intentionally sabotaging teammates and griefing games (breaking blocks under allies, dropping resources to enemies, covering the team base with lava or water) is prohibited.
Sanction: Ban up to 2 days.
3.4 Boosting statistics and MMR rating (match-fixing, staged games, alt boosting) is prohibited.
Sanction: 14-day ban and full reset of inflated stats.
3.5 Exploiting bugs and glitches (bug abuse) is prohibited. If you find a bug, report it immediately to the administration.
Sanction: Ban up to 7 days.
3.6 Building obscene structures, swastikas, Nazi symbols, or explicit builds is prohibited.
Sanction: Ban from 1 to 7 days.
3.7 Evading active bans using alt accounts or VPNs is prohibited.
Sanction: 60-day ban on all linked accounts.
3.8 For any violations in competitive games (Ranked BedWars), the administration may apply double penalty durations (x2).
3.9 Smurfing (creating low-rank alts for easy wins and bypassing fair MMR matchmaking) is strictly prohibited.
Sanction: Full reset of all linked accounts.
4. Donator Perks and Privileges
4.1 Abusing invisibility (/v) in the main lobby, including toggling it repeatedly to cause confusion or lag, is prohibited.
Sanction: 15-minute ban, repeated violations up to 24 hours.
4.2 Abusing lobby commands (/fly, /kaboom, /fw, /joinme) to disrupt other players or administration members is prohibited.
Sanction: Ban up to 12 hours.
4.3 Using prefixes, nick colors (/color), disguises (/nick), or skins (/skin) that mimic server administration, contain advertisements, offensive language, or profanity is prohibited.
Sanction: Reset of settings and a ban from 1 to 7 days.
5. ScreenShare Cheat Inspection Protocol
5.1 The administration may call any player for a ScreenShare inspection upon reasonable suspicion of cheating.
5.2 Once summoned, the player has 5 minutes to provide contact information to connect.
5.3 Inspections are conducted via AnyDesk or Discord (screen share or call), according to player preference.
5.4 Refusing inspection, ignoring the administrator, or intentionally stalling counts as admitting to cheat usage.
Sanction: 45-day ban.
5.5 Admitting to cheat usage BEFORE the inspection starts reduces the penalty.
Sanction: 8-day ban.
5.6 Attempting to hide software traces prior to inspection (emptying recycle bin, running cleanup scripts, deleting files, or stopping Windows tracking services such as SysMain, DPS, BAM, EventLog less than 15 minutes before the summon) is prohibited.
Sanction: 60-day ban.
5.7 Leaving the server during an active inspection summons:

5.8 Any third-party software opened, modified, or downloaded within the last 8 days prior to the inspection is considered prohibited.

6. Statistical Reset (Stat Reset)
6.1 If a player receives two bans for cheating, admission, or inspection refusal, upon receiving a third ban, all game statistics (MMR rating, wins, beds broken, kills, and duels) are permanently wiped with no possibility of recovery.
7. Project Administration
7.1 The server maintains a strict administration hierarchy:

7.3 Moderators must record video proof of violations and keep evidence for at least 5 days from the sanction date.
