1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms outline the policy for digital in-game purchases and refund requests on nexilium.ru and the Nexilium server network.
2. Delivery Terms
2.1. In-game currency and rank privileges are credited to the specified player nickname automatically within 1–5 minutes following payment confirmation by Platega or Telegram Stars.
2.2. If goods are not received within 30 minutes, the User should contact customer support.
3. Order Cancellation
3.1. Orders may be cancelled freely at any moment prior to completing the payment transaction.
3.2. Once payment has been confirmed and digital assets delivered, orders cannot be cancelled.
4. Refund Policy
4.1. Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of in-game content, all sales are final and non-refundable once activated or credited, except in cases of verified technical malfunction where payment was deducted but items failed to deliver.
4.2. In the event of a verified technical error, the Administration will, at its discretion, either complete item delivery or issue a full refund to the original payment method.
4.3. No refunds or compensation will be issued if privileges are revoked due to sanctions for violating server rules (including unfair play, hacking, or abusive conduct).
